Most of the wheat grown in Alberta is Western Red Spring and Canadian Western Amber Durum. Alberta grows some of the highest quality Amber Durum in the world. We grow 10 million tonnes of wheat each year and 7.5 million acres of our farmland are used to grow wheat. 

Each bouquet consists of 5 stems of stained glass wheat in a beautiful pine vase crafted by East Slope Woodturning (photos will be updated shortly).

Bouquets are approximately 6 inches by 3 inches. Each handcrafted bouquet will vary slightly from the photographs.
